Terms and conditions

PURPOSE

These conditions aim to define the General Conditions of Sale between Blest Unipessoal LDA and the User, from the time of purchase of the services provided by Blest Unipessoal LDA, such as payment methods and terms of delivery of orders. These conditions are designed to regulate the entire purchasing process and ensure the follow-up of this transaction between the contracting parties.

ORDERS

To complete your order successfully, certain personal information will be requested such as your email address, name, address, telephone number, etc. The User must fill in all required fields for this purpose.

When making an online purchase, the User expresses his full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of sale, price and description of the products included in this transaction. These general conditions of sale are the only ones applicable between the two parties. In the event of product unavailability, BLEST undertakes to inform the User and refund the amount paid within approximately thirty (30) days from the date of knowledge of that unavailability.

DELIVERIES

Your order will be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days when ordering from our online store www.stayblest.com.

PAYMENT

You can pay for your purchases through credit or debit card and via Paypal.

PRICING POLICY

The prices must be in Euros, with taxes included. All prices quoted include VAT (where applicable) at the legal rate in force. BLEST reserves the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our BLEST products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly issue a refund or exchange in accordance with the policies below:

  • Merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • BLEST reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges in situations that are reasonably determined to be fraudulent.
  • All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unaltered.
  • BLEST reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping any items back to BLEST.
  • We cannot accept any returns for purchases made at stores selling BLEST products. The product must be returned to the store it was purchased from.
  • If the return is made through Carrier or Post Office, the refund will be processed after receiving the items returned and their evaluation by the Quality Department in the same payment method used when purchased.
  • Refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment.
  • In the event that you have received a defective or otherwise damaged product, please notify us by email and our customer service will gladly assist you.
  • Refunds and replacements will not be processed until we have received the damaged product.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

In the absence of a resolution by agreement of the parties, any dispute arising out of these General Conditions of Sale referred to above shall be submitted to the competent court.

Shipping

The order will be processed within 1 or 2 working days when ordering online at www.stayblest.com

Shipments to mainland Portugal and Spain deliveries are made within 3 or 4 days after processing the order. For other countries from 5 to 12 working days.

 

Payments

Payments can be made via Paypal or Credit Card.

 

Prices

Prices must be expressed in Euros with VAT rates included. Prices must include, where applicable, VAT rates under applicable law. Blest reserves the right to change prices and specifications without notice.

 

Exchanges and Returns

We certify the quality manufacture of Blest products. For any other reasons for returning the purchase or exchange, we will refund the value of the purchase following the procedures of our policy:

Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

BLEST reserves the right to reject the exchange in a fraud situation.

 

All items for return must not have been used, washed or altered.

BLEST reserves the right to refuse exchange or refund in situations that do not comply with the aforementioned policy.

The customer is responsible for shipping in case of return.

Returns for purchases made at BLEST product sales outlets are not accepted, in which case the return must be directly to the store where you purchased the item.

If the return is made by CTT or carrier, the money will be returned after verification by the Quality Department and in the same way as the method of payment.

The method of refunding the amount to be returned depends on the payment method used in the respective order.

In case you receive a defective or damaged item after communicating via e-mail, our customer service will help.

Exchanges or returns are not processed until the product is received at BLEST.

Applicable law
